8. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All personal information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your financial information is entered on our third-party payment gateways, Sum up or Paypal. We never have access to or store any payment information.

If you want to know what personal Data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”. All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email address shown in Part 14. We will respond to your subject access request within 21 days and, in any case, not more than one month from the date of receiving the request.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation we, The Dog Basket  are the data controller.
