Collection days are Monday to Friday by appointment only

A message will be sent to you as soon as it's ready for collection. 

We aim for collections to be ready for the next day if ordered before 3pm.

The following locations are classed as remote  and therefore are classed as UK Highlands and Islands. These postcode areas do not qualify for shipping: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, PO30-41

We use Royal Mail and Hermes for our deliveries expect for Kibble and Dog Beds where suppliers use their own mode of courier.
